“I want to express my appreciation for the very good installation and our satisfaction with the patio enclosure you installed on our upper bedroom deck. I want to especially commend you installation crew and Mr. Borovskiy for work that I believe exhibited unusual pride in doing very good workmanship and making a fully finished job." I expected that the aluminum frame and glass enclosure would be complete and water proof. You described how there would be the replacement wood railing cap members on which the enclosure would sit and that the underside of the existing roof eaves would have to be trimmed where the top meets the existing wall over the sliding door. But, I was especially pleased to find that your crew under Mr. Borovskiy’s supervision also protected the cut roof members with paint, filled exposed cut joints with sealant, and installed finish wood trip to cover the exposed structural railing cap member. The usual home improvement contractors commonly neglect these details. "All I need to do myself is to do the finish painting of the new wood trim and do the final cleaning and painting of the existing wood deck walls and the wood duck board panels of our metal deck of what is now a more useful and weatherproof conservatory or solarium outside our bedroom. Our houseplants will love it. We are already using it as a warm, light place to sit and nap or in which to read or take lunch.
